‼️NEW POLICY‼️
All orders over $50 must pay a deposit of 50% (Non-Refundable)
All orders over $100 must pay a deposit of 50%
(25% Refundable)
Custom order can't be changed unless the customer is willing to pay for the new item
If a date is set for pickup, I expect the customer that day, if something changes, I need a 24 hours' notice
If an item had a mistake and it’s our fault it will be replaced, if the mistake is made by the customer, they will be responsible for it
Please be mindful that I invest in materials, once I make an item I can’t just remove the words or decor and add another piece, or color, I like to work with everyone so please be honest on what you want, you will get pictures once I start working on your order to make sure is your liking
All Mockups will have a fee of $10
For all Custom engraved Tumblers
Any Image that requires to be converted as a vector for me to use will have a fee of $10 (I can no longer cover this on my own)
If you bring your own, we would not be responsible for any replacement unless the mistake is made by us, if the issue is the material it would be the customers responsibility if they want to replace it.
