I have been wanting to make my kitchen into more of a farm house look. We have a very large window where the table sits, and currently I have a lace valance. But I keep thinking of what it would look like if I had some type of quilted valance.

When I looked at all of my fabric about one year ago,
I realized I may have way too much. 🧵Yes I said I have
Too much 😍fabric, I know no such thing as 🤦🏽‍♀️too much fabric!

I started a few scrap project, which led me to cutting ✂️a
lot of fabric into pieces. I try to work on one or two of
these projects every week. I usually take
15 to 20 minutes every few days to add a few more blocks to the
ongoing stash projects.
As of today I have added 80 ✅tiny house blocks to this stash projects.
I also work on things like this as I work on other projects.✂️🧵

So instead of ✂️cutting my thread, say when you are finished sewing a row on a quilt top. I will sew a few pieces to the tiny house blocks.
I learned this method from Lori Holt the master of organized scraps.
