About Our Warranty:Yes, we absolutely stand behind our machines! Because we fully refurbish and certified test every unit in our workshop, we include a 12 months functional warranty that covers all major components and the vacuum pump…so if you ever need parts or help, you are dealing with us directly!

We are based out of Cedar City, Utah.
Domestic Shipping (USA): We offer FREE shipping to all states on our Small, Medium, and Large units!

X-Large Shipping Note: Due to the massive size and heavy weight of the X-Large model, it requires specialized crate packaging and extra protective freight handling. So, free shipping excludes the X-Large unit.
