Calling an audible, Cedar City. 🔥

We ran out of brisket this week — but don't you worry, because look what's on the smoker instead. 👇

Sometimes the game plan changes and honestly? This might be the better play. These racks have been on the pit soaking up smoke and getting basted until they're shining like that. You can practically hear them calling your name.

The kids are in town for summer and they didn't want to go to the pool, the park, or the movies.
