THEY'RE BACK. 🔥

Shredded beef loaded tacos are on the menu and Cedar City — you are NOT ready for these.

Slow smoked beef, pulled apart and piled high on a tortilla that's barely holding it together. Topped with my street corn, fresh slaw, and finished with a BBQ drizzle that ties the whole thing together in the most ridiculous way possible.

We ran out of brisket this week — but don't you worry, because look what's on the smoker instead. 👇

Ribs. Glazed, glistening, fall off the bone RIBS.

Sometimes the game plan changes and honestly? This might be the better play. These racks have been on the pit soaking up smoke and getting basted until they're shining like that. You can practically hear them calling your name.

Same rules apply though — come early, because these won't last either.

And remember — the kids and I are here until 3PM, then we're rolling out to fire up the grill for the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association's annual gathering. 🇺🇸👊
