After many months of working toward a deal to sell the company, unfortunately, that deal has fallen through. After a lot of thought, I’ve made the difficult decision to permanently close the doors and not pursue another sale.

I want to sincerely thank each and every one of you who has supported me, my children, and this small veteran-owned business over the years. Your orders, messages, encouragement, and friendships have meant more to me than I can ever put into words.

All sales are final. We can still ship product nationwide, but as inventory is limited, please reach out to me directly by message or text to place an order.

Thank you for understanding, and most importantly, thank you for believing in and supporting my dream. I’m going to miss each and every one of you. ❤️🇺🇸

Once it’s gone, it’s gone forever.

For ordering please reach out directly to Melinda Miner as she is helping me handle the packaging and shipping during this period. Or shop the website Www.thedrunkenbutcher.us until supplies are gone.

Thank you all for your support once again!

Need to stock up on seasonings? Today's a good day to do it.

It's my oldest daughter's birthday, and she decided she's celebrating by giving away my stuff.

TODAY ONLY – Tuesday the 21st
Spend $150 or more on Drunken Butcher Seasonings and we'll throw in a FREE Drunken Butcher hat and cup with your order.

Whether you're low on Money Maker, Q, Tickle My Pickle, or it's time to try a few new flavors, now's the time to fill the cart.

She says it's a birthday special, so we're rolling with it.

Ladies and germs, I introduce to you:

RASPBERRY CHIPOTLE BBQ Sauce!

Sweet meets smoke with zero regrets. Ripe raspberries bring a rich, juicy sweetness that pulls you in, while slow-smoked chipotle peppers deliver a bold, smoky kick that keeps you coming back for more. Thick, handcrafted, and unapologetically bold, this sauce caramelizes beautifully on the grill and packs the perfect balance of sweet heat. Brush it on ribs, chicken, pork, burgers, wings or anything that deserves unforgettable flavor. One taste, and you'll know why sweet and smoke were meant to raise hell together.

16 fluid ounces of intense baddass flavor!

As always, veteran owned, veteran made, and you can taste the attention to detail in every delicious drop!

Available on the website NOW!

THEY'RE BACK. 🔥

Shredded beef loaded tacos are on the menu and Cedar City — you are NOT ready for these.

Slow smoked beef, pulled apart and piled high on a tortilla that's barely holding it together. Topped with my street corn, fresh slaw, and finished with a BBQ drizzle that ties the whole thing together in the most ridiculous way possible.

2 per plate. And they are GINORMOUS. 🤯

This isn't a taco. This is an event.

You're going to need both hands, extra napkins, and absolutely zero shame. These are the kind of tacos you think about on a Monday morning when you're wishing it was Friday again.

Limited quantity. You already know how this goes — we sell out. Come early or come crying. 😄

Saturday morning and I'm already thinking about YOUR next event. 🔥

If you've been thinking about hiring a caterer — stop thinking and start dialing. Because dates are filling up FAST and I don't want you to miss out.

Any day. Any event. Any size.

Weddings. Graduations. Birthday parties. Corporate events. Reunions. Backyard cookouts. Company picnics. You name it — I'll show up with the smoker fired up and ready to feed your people like they deserve to be fed.

Slow smoked brisket. Fall off the bone ribs. Bacon wrapped jalapeño chicken bombs. Carolina beans slow simmered on the pit. Raspberry tiramisu and banana pudding made fresh from scratch.

A spread so good your guests will be talking about it long after the party is over.

I'm a veteran who came home, fired up a smoker, and built something from the ground up right here in Cedar City. I brought the same discipline, grit, and zero tolerance for shortcuts from my military service straight to the pit. Every catering job I take gets everything I've got — because that's the only way I know how to do it.

Here's the reality — we are ALREADY booking dates between Halloween and the New Year holidays. ⚠️ That means if you've got a fall or holiday event coming up, the time to reach out is RIGHT NOW. Not next month. Not when you think you're ready. NOW.

Every week that goes by is a date that disappears. Don't be the person who waited too long and got stuck scrambling for last minute catering at the biggest event of your year.

Your people deserve better than that. And so do you. 🤘

Reach out TODAY. Let's lock in your date before someone else does.

Calling an audible, Cedar City. 🔥

We ran out of brisket this week — but don't you worry, because look what's on the smoker instead. 👇

Ribs. Glazed, glistening, fall off the bone RIBS.

Sometimes the game plan changes and honestly? This might be the better play. These racks have been on the pit soaking up smoke and getting basted until they're shining like that. You can practically hear them calling your name.

Same rules apply though — come early, because these won't last either.

And remember — the kids and I are here until 3PM, then we're rolling out to fire up the grill for the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association's annual gathering. 🇺🇸👊

Veteran feeding veterans. Always.

The truck stays open all day with our crew holding it down, but if you want to catch the family AND get first pick on these ribs — you know what to do. 😄
