✨ Summer Intern Spotlight: Brooke ✨

This summer, Brooke joined Lily and the Rose Design LLC as our Kitchen Design Intern, where she had the opportunity to experience the kitchen design process from concept to completion.

Brooke learned how to use ProKitchen design software and put those new skills to work by designing her very own kitchen from scratch using St. Martin Cabinetry! 🤍

• Learned the fundamentals of kitchen layout & space planning
• Gained hands-on experience using professional ProKitchen design software
• Selected cabinetry, finishes & design details
• Created a complete kitchen design using St. Martin Cabinetry
• Experienced how an initial idea develops into a professional kitchen design

We loved giving Brooke the opportunity to explore the creative and technical sides of kitchen design and bring her own vision to life!

Sometimes, a kitchen doesn't need to be torn down to feel brand new.

This kitchen already had a solid foundation—it just needed a fresh perspective.
With cabinet refacing, the layout stayed the same, but everything else felt transformed. New cabinet doors, updated finishes, and a timeless design turned an outdated space into one that feels brighter, more modern, and ready for years of new memories.

If you've been dreaming about updating your kitchen, you may be closer than you think.
✨ Let's create a space you'll love coming home to.

🚨 Is your kitchen asking for an update?

Not every outdated kitchen needs a full remodel. If your cabinet boxes are still in great shape, cabinet refacing can give your space a fresh, modern look without the time and expense of replacing everything.
Here are 3 signs it might be time to consider cabinet refacing:
✔️ Your cabinet doors are chipped, scratched, or peeling.
✔️ Your cabinets still function well but look outdated.
✔️ Your kitchen no longer reflects your style.
A simple update can completely transform the look of your kitchen while keeping the layout you already love.
✨ Thinking about refreshing your space? Let our team help you explore your options with a personalized design consultation.

Week One Recap! ✨

Our Bernards High School summer interns are off to a great start! 🌹

This week included orientation, hands-on furniture refinishing lessons (learning how to sand and apply Wise Owl Furniture Salve), an introduction to our virtual workflow, and getting started with our kitchen and bath design software.

It’s been so much fun watching Brooke and Stella learn new skills and gain confidence. We can’t wait to see what they create in the weeks ahead!
