Carson Wealth asked us a different question: Not 'how do we make this look impressive?' but 'how do we build a space that reflects what we actually value?'

Their mission is clear: help people find their freedom. Their vision: be the most trusted. Their values: Get S**t Done. Growth Mindset. Serve over Self. Expect Excellence.

So we designed around those values, not around trend.

A layout that emphasizes clarity and balance. Client spaces positioned to reinforce trust and professionalism. Advisor offices and collaboration zones distributed to support both focused work and organic interaction. Shared spaces that foster connection without distraction. An environment designed to scale with growth without compromising what makes it work.

The materiality is honest. The atmosphere is professional yet approachable, confident yet restrained. Nothing in this space distracts from what actually matters: trust, clarity, and the people doing the work.

The space you create is crafted from what you value most. What matters most in your space? What do you value that your current environment isn't supporting?

How do you live with the lake, not just next to it?

That was the question at the heart of this home on Grandview Lake in Columbus, Indiana. A family who knew what mattered most, connection across generations, and a design that answered back with every decision made.

Two distinct masses organize the home, separating the quiet from the gathering so both have room to breathe. Mono slope rooflines angle deliberately toward the water, pulling views into the rooms rather than competing with them. The material palette stays honest — warm cedar, clean lines, nothing that fights what is already there outside the glass.

The result is a home that earns the lake. Every window placement, every roofline pitch, every material chosen with the water in mind.
This is what it looks like when a vision becomes a home.

Great design is often invisible.

Not because it's hidden, but because when it works, it just feels right. You don't think about why you slowed down in that moment, or why the café felt warm before you even sat down.

That's the work that happens before anything gets built. Before the arches go up or the light fixtures get selected. It's the thinking underneath the space, and it's where we always begin.

Roses and Berries is a beautiful place to be. But it started as a series of quiet decisions about how people move, pause, and feel — both the guest walking in and the person behind the counter welcoming them.

What's underneath your space?

A lake. A family. A home built to bring them back together, summer after summer.

The Pizza Hut Lake Home was designed for the moments that matter most... long weekends, extended summers, and the kind of slow days that only happen when everyone finally stops and gathers in the same place. For this Cedar Rapids family, that meant designing for the parents aging in place, the adult children coming home, and the grandchildren not yet born.

Two gabled forms organized around the heart of the home. Materials chosen to age with grace. Every room oriented toward the water, because that's where everyone ends up anyway.

This one is going to do its best work over time. And we are so grateful we got to build something that will hold this family well for generations to come.

Every space starts as a question on paper.

A line that asks: what if the morning light landed here? A curve that wonders: what if this is where the family gathers? A threshold drawn before anyone has walked through it.

This is what it looks like when those questions get answered.
From first sketch to final detail, the work is always the same: translate what someone hopes to feel into something they can actually live inside. We are so grateful we get to do this. What a calling it is.

Design For More isn't just a finished room. It's every decision that made it possible.

Big love from our studio.

The Lakewood Revival started as a primary suite refresh. It became something much bigger.

This was a former custom home builder's own house, bones worth saving, but nearly everything else needed to go. We gutted and reimagined the home from the inside out, touching the living room, primary suite, office, and the entire exterior facade and landscape.

Once we started asking the right questions... how does this family gather, how do they rest, what does hosting actually feel like here, the answers reshaped the project entirely. Flow, light, privacy, the way indoors connects to outdoors. Every decision traced back to how this family actually lives.
These clients have been in our lives for years, and getting to serve them in this chapter meant the world to us.
That's what intentional design does. It doesn't just improve a space. It improves what happens inside one.

Some people come to us with baked out plans and drawings. Ali came with a feeling.

She wanted Fox Den to be a destination, a place where guests feel genuinely rooted and stylists feel at home building their own businesses under one roof. That chair rental model shaped everything. Every station, every sightline, every material had to support both the guest experience and the people doing the work.

A lot of what we do is draw the vision out... from your instincts, your values, the things you can't quite articulate yet... and translate it into space, material, and detail that feels unmistakably like you. The walnut sourced from Ali's family farm wasn't our idea. It was hers. We just knew how to put it in the design.

That's what Design For More looks like. Not just missional. Designed. Felt.

Before a single line gets drawn, we listen and learn.

Every project starts the same way around here. Not with measurements or mood boards, but with a real conversation. What does your day actually look like? What's getting in the way? What do you want more of?

That's where the design begins. Not on paper. With people.
A home that works for your life is the only kind worth building, and we are so grateful we get to ask those questions alongside the people we serve.
