Join us for a Nerikomi Wall Hanging Workshop with Maggie from .studio

Our members took this class with Maggie last month and we all agree — you’re not gonna want to miss it!

In this 2.5-hour workshop, Maggie will guide you through the Japanese ceramic technique of Nerikomi, a process where colored clay is layered, stacked, sliced, and arranged to create patterns that are built directly into the clay itself. You’ll create a slab rolled wall hanging to display in your home using this technique!

With 6 classes a week, pieces started stacking up fast and we needed a better way to keep track of everyone’s work.

Instead of labeling classes with numbers or letters, we decided to get creative! Here are the stamps we made based on the qualities of a good potter.

We’re Hiring a Social Media Manager!
Labor of Love Studio is looking for a creative, community-driven human to help bring our digital presence to life.

We’ve built out the visual language, templates, fonts, and the overall creative direction — now I’m looking for someone who can help edit, schedule, and execute our social content with intention.

What you’ll be doing:
• Editing reels & videos (CapCut preferred)
• Creating graphics using templates (Illustrator / Canva)
• Managing and scheduling posts
• Helping refine our monthly content strategy
• Bringing big creative energy to a studio that believes in doing damn good work!

About you:
You’re passionate about creativity, community, and storytelling. You love making things look and feel right. You’re self-driven, organized, and excited about contributing to a growing studio in Denver.

Hours: 15–25 hours per month
