Compensation: Base Pay + Commission

What You'll Do:

-Guide customers through the flooring selection process, understanding their needs and preferences
-Provide exceptional product knowledge and recommendations to help customers make informed decisions
-Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
-Meet or exceed sales goals, contributing to the store's overall success.

What We're Looking For:

-Previous sales experience, preferably in retail or home improvement
-Strong communication and customer service skills
-Ability to learn about flooring products and confidently recommend the best solutions
-Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to earn through commission
