And why?

This is Jesse Mack Butler from Oklahoma. Butler r*ped two teen girls over a period of 9 months, nearly killed them by strangulation, which was recorded on video. Butler was convicted of 11 counts of r*pe & s*xual assault and sentenced to 78 years in prison.

Despite the conviction, the Judge instead granted him “youthful offender status.” So, Butlet got 0 jail, 150 hours community service, and 1 year probation.

And it gets even worse. This week the judge dismissed Butler’s criminal case entirely. He does not have to register as a s*x offender. It’s as if he never committed any crime, let alone serial r**e.

Not an immigrant. Not a Black or brown person. Not a trans person. Not a drag queen. Just a Fascist with the complexion for protection. You won’t hear Trump or corporate media talk about this—because they’re complicit.

This is America.
