For the past 17 years, Marlene Orendorf has been concentrating on new home construction, working with Rhoads Estate Homes and high end remodeling. We have received reports of these notices being taped to people's mailboxes offering to paint your address number on your curb. The flyers instruct homeowners to put payment by cash or check inside the flyer and place it on their front doors.

CPD is unaware if the company offering the service is legitimate or not, but we do NOT advise leaving cash or checks exposed in such a manner.
