Flock cameras should never have been directly accessible by Police, it should be a system that is accessible by private companies rated by the Better Business Bureau, to be accessed by authorities upon instances of emergencies, such as tracking criminal activity based on Dispatch calls, Police deployment or missing persons… Flock cameras should be like Store security cameras, always monitoring but accessible upon an investigation.
300 thousand cameras may not be the answer to prevent all crimes from happening, but it is a good implementation to gauge whether Israeli Militants should be merged with the local Police, to aid with security surveillance, Patrol and countering threats based on discovery, in a joint effort to bring humility, humanity and honor back to the “Streets”, night and day .
