I want to wish Officer Reuben Ramirez a retirement this great man and officer deserves. He dedicated more than two decades to the City of Centralia Police K-9. When I was asked if I would design and fabricate his retirement plaque I was extremely honored. The Department and community will miss you and your presence immensely. Thank you for your service!
