Today, my small business turns 7 🥹
It may not seem like it, but I still don’t quite know what I’m doing. There’s just so much more I want to learn and try. This confusion put me in a bad spot the past several years because I felt like “Why don’t I have everything figured out? I’ve been doing this for so long now.” But this year, I look back and I feel very proud of myself and everything that I’ve accomplished. Starting this business, doing all this social media and content creation, running a booth everyday for 30+ days in the cold, challenging myself to new events, and everything in between. I don’t know how I got through all of that with the thoughts I tell myself, but there is no exaggeration when I say you guys keep me going. Each compliment, each conversation, each purchase, reminds me that it’s ok. I don’t have to have it all figured out and I can keep learning and try new things. That’s actually part of business. You don’t want the same old products and with each idea, I will face a new challenge I have to figure out. Wait, did I just figure it out 7 years later? Anyways, I may be slow, but I’m going at my own pace. Thanks for sticking around and supporting me and my small business ❤️
