This quaint 2 bedroom cottage has it all! Views, style, and a sense of peace! It's a little house located on a river in WV, i mean look at that view!! My client wanted a shabby chic, cottage feel. It's still not 100% completed yet, but hopefully in the next few months! This home was completely gutted and reconfigured. Its right around 1000 sq ft, with this amount of space every inch is crucial for function and storage!

Kitchen is now fully functioning with a working layout and storage galore!

Bathroom has been reconfigured to maximize space and function...look at those details!!

Master Bedroom has a soft touch with wainscoting and a beautiful neutral grass cloth wallpaper.

Guest bedroom has wainscoting with a soft blue paint with texured wall.

The details in this home are magnificent, from the shower design with beads and pebble, to the blocks at the base of the doors, and the pebble tile design on the floors. Every surface was careful thought out and no wall was left untouched!

This was such an exciting project! Working with Patti and Honor was so inspiring!

We decided we didnt want the typical coffee shop look! Once we found the WALLPAPER everything else just fell into place! It was our inspiration! Not to mention a conversation piece! Add a little fun, add a little color, with just the right amount of cozy!

Wallpaper 😍... you either love it or hate it.

I personally try to convert people to LOVE IT and I've been successful quite I few times 💁🏻‍♀️

Im not talking about the floor to ceiling wallpaper with a border in every room from the 80s!
Im talking about a statement in a room or simply add that touch of texture to your space to make it extra cozy!
Whichever option, if done correctly, can both be fabulous!

When the little boy isn't so little anymore, they want a "cool" room! His wish for his birthday was to get all new Yankee decor for his new bedroom. He was extremely excited when I was finished! Only complaint, no tv lol

Needless to say, the picture of Soto needs replaced! 🙄

Brand new addition! Master suite added to the main level! 😍

-Brick accent is the original exterior of the home! Tying this in was key to the entire project!
-Warm tones pulled from the brick for finishes
-beautiful vinyl grass cloth wallpaper added to bathroom
- my client hates headboards so I had the contractor build out the wall using 2x4s and we wrapped in the same wallpaper as the bathroom! Simple solution to add interest behind the bed and making it the focal point!
-Using art that has meaning to you! My client asked if it was ok to use the hand drawn pictures of them. YES! If they are special to you and make YOU happy, hang them! Simple things like changing the frame to a custom frame makes your meaningful artwork ...perfection!
-brushed gold fixtures and custom cabinetry
-functional, beautiful window treatments 😍
These add warm to the windows and just the finishing touch it needs!
