Our firm is large enough to undertake any project, but small enough to have few layers of management. Each client works directly with our principals throughout a project. We pride ourselves on cultivating friendly and long-term relationships. We listen closely to understand our clients' needs and respond with appropriate design solutions. King, Asbury & Associates, a diversified architectural practice concentrating on educational, institutional and commercial design, joined Noelker and Hull in 2014. The firm provides conceptual planning, facility programming, architectural design and construction documents, as well as the essential follow-through during the construction and post-occupancy periods. Specialized services include master planning, estimating, interior design, facility evaluation and feasibility studies. As professionals, we are committed to architecture that is sympathetic to both its physical and social surroundings. We begin each project by examining the given contexts of landscape and community and study them to understand the limits they impose as well as the opportunities they present. Our designs respond to many different levels of environmental concern, including physical appearance, materials palette and levels of energy consumption.

🎉 Congratulations to Sean Christenson on receiving an Honorable Mention in the 2026 American Institute of Steel Construction and Association of Collegiate Schools of Architecture Steel Design Student Competition!

As a summer intern at Noelker and Hull and a student at Thomas Jefferson University, Sean and his teammates were recognized for their project Negotiating Space in this nationally recognized student design competition.

What a great few days at the PSHFE Fall Conference in Harrisburg!

Kate Cashdollar, Vice President of Interior Design, and Douglas Wagner, Senior Associate, enjoyed connecting with healthcare professionals from across the region, meeting new contacts, and catching up with longtime colleagues and friends while sharing ideas about the future of healthcare design.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth and spent time with us. We appreciate the conversations, the connections, and the opportunity to learn from one another!

🎉 It’s official! The D.M. Bowman Rec Center at Brook Lane is complete and now open!

This new 11,000 SF facility brings together administrative offices and a gymnasium under one roof, creating a dynamic space designed to support wellness, connection, and engagement across the campus. Beyond promoting physical health and social interaction, the new center will also foster leadership development and professional growth for staff and the community it serves.

Noelker and Hull is proud to be the architect for this project and continue its partnership with Meritus Health and Brook Lane, helping create thoughtful, supportive environments that enrich lives and strengthen communities.

Congratulations to everyone involved in bringing this exciting project to life!

We had a wonderful time attending the recent Chambersburg Area Development Corporation (CADC) Annual Business Luncheon!

Melanie Hoffman, Director of Business Development (pictured), along with Noelker and Hull team members Cassie Kennedy and Sean Gainor, joined fellow community leaders including Stephen Christian, President and Executive Director of Chambersburg Area Development Corporation (pictured in the first photo on the left) and Bill Kick, Chief Development Officer at Community State Bank (pictured in the first photo on the right) for the event and then afterwards enjoyed a tour of the newly completed Community State Bank space, located in a CADC-owned building.

The new bank space, designed by Noelker and Hull, will be home to Community State Bank's newest location as they expand into Chambersburg. It was exciting to see attendees walk through the renovated space and learn more about the bank's plans for growth in our community.

We're grateful to have been part of this project and to support investments that strengthen and grow our community!

Adair Pagnotta, Director of Hospitality and Senior Living Interiors, recently enjoyed a wonderful day on the course at the Homewood Golf Classic alongside Lisa D. Defibaugh, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Homewood Living Ministries, and Ben Gross of Chick-fil-A Hagerstown.

It was a great day to raise charitable funds and support resident care and foundation needs while connecting with fellow industry and community leaders.

We are grateful for opportunities like these to foster connections, support an important mission, and give back to the communities we serve. Thank you to Homewood Living Ministries for hosting another wonderful event!
