THIS WEEKEND - Let's fill the theaters and show AMC that Palestinian lives matter! If you're outside of Chambana, check theaters near you and ask them to show it if they aren't already (we had supporters call to ask our theater and it worked!)

Michael Moore helped make sure the stories produced by 22 Palestinian filmmakers could be seen on the big screen. Through decades of segregation, apartheid, and genocide, the resilient spirit and hope of Palestinians continues to shine. We were pleased to attend the first jummah prayers of Ramadan at CIMIC-Central Illinois Mosque And Islamic Center yesterday. Jazakallahu khairan and much love to all of our friends at CIMIC. ❤️ They set up a little table and let Sami take donations until he sold out of all of his clay art! Since starting this project less than a month ago, Sami has raised over $1600, which has all gone directly to humanitarian aid charities working in Gaza. He is eager to get back to the crafting table to replenish his inventory to help raise awareness and aid for those suffering in Gaza. We support equality, justice, and the right to exist for ALL people, but ethno-religious governments who punish people for being different should not be supported in principle or with funding. It IS possible to support human rights for Jewish people while also standing against the Israeli government's human rights violations. Don't let Western guilt over the Jewish Holocaust make you turn a blind eye to Israel's brutality in Palestinian genocide. Honor holocaust victims and survivors by enforcing the promise of "NEVER AGAIN" for everyone.

Let us know if you donate to a charity providing humanitarian relief to Gaza and Sami will get you some of his clay art. This afternoon Samis friend Hallie wanted to donate to Gaza so we helped her process a ShareTheMeal donation.

Make a donation to the Palestinian Children's Relief Fund (PCRF), or any other legitimate charity with a focus on Gaza aid and we will get a clay piece to you.

Donations are whatever you're able - most people have done $10*, but the range is generally $5-$15, and we've even had some over $50. Message us with your donation details, preferred clay piece, and your mailing address if you're not local to CU.

*If you want earrings, please try to throw in a couple of extra dollars if you can since it's actually two clay pieces and the hardware/assembly.

Thank you to everyone who came out to see us at Siebel Center for Design today at the Creatives for Gaza event.❤️ We brought 70-80 pieces and only had a few left after two hours. Guessing Sami's clay got anywhere between $600-$800 donated directly to Gaza charities tonight! Each donor gave whatever they were able (ranging from $5-$15) to their charity of choice supporting Gaza relief. Sami is so energized to make more pieces and mom is going to buy more hardware for earrings, pins, and magnets. 🇵🇸
