Here is my version on Mystery Monday 070124 with Sharon Armstrong...needed an Anniversary Card to give my hubby of 37 years and two children as of July 3rd. Hard to believe we met in Drawing 1 class 49 years ago. He a photographer learning about perspective and me a budding commercial artist.

Love doing Sharon Armstrong's Mystery Monday Card making sessions. Really liked this past 0506 card layout. I try to make three cards at a time to experiment with color, techniques and layout. Plus I just can't just make one. When it comes to die cutting, I like to cut way more than I need. I used Irresistible Blooms and Artistically Inked (retired) stamps and dies on Pretty Peacock and Daffodil Delight card stock and same inks. The DSP is recently retired but I liked the subtle look on the card base. Here are the three that I did.

Well the joke's on me. I pulled down a PDF from Sharon Armstrong's Mystery Monday FB page which I thought was for last May 2nd. No, it was from year 2022. At first the instructions stumped me until I figured out I had scored on the wrong side of one of the pieces. After thinking about it for a couple of hours and an email, I came up with this card. Used Starry Sky and Boho Blue ink and paper with Biggest Wish (Retired) and Beautiful Balloons (Retired) dies. DSP in Starry Sky is also retired but I bet you can come up with a different paper to use.

Okay, definitely went rogue with Sharon Armstrong' Mystery Stamping Monday night class...think I picked too busy paper and was quite literal about picking 3 different DSPs. Started with the Garden Walk one and was stumped over Stamp and embellishment. So proceeded to my second choice paper By The Bay to use my new Stampin' Up Seaside Wishes stamp and Dies. Think these came out much better. Opinions?

It seems that all I make lately are Sympathy cards for friends. On the other hand I need to make cards for three up coming baby showers. These were inspired by a card I saw on Pinterest by Marilyn Hoseit. Used a combination of Stampin’ Up! stamps Thoughtful Expressions and Magnolia Mood. These were done for a client. Waiting of text for the inside.
