January-February 2026 Art Challenge at MCAG 🎨

To start the new year, challenge yourself by painting or drawing this high contrast still life.

Everyone is invited to create their interpretation of this reference photo in whatever medium you desire. Post a high resolution photo of your artwork on our FaceBook (comments below in original post) or email it to us at [email protected] or bring it by the gallery no later than Wednesday, February 25, 2026 5:00 pm. The reference photo will also be available on our website. The winner will be selected by the MCAG executive board and will be announced via email and Facebook 2 days after the entry deadline. The winner of the challenge will receive a MCAG Gallery $25 gift card.
