Board & Batten Board & Batten is a full service, whole home casegoods and furniture maker, servicing the greater Triangle area.

From our standard off the shelf cabinet offerings to fully custom builtins and furniture, we have solutions for every need. B&B continues its focus on utilizing recycled, reclaimed and repurposed materials as the basis of design, and seeks to engage customers in our creative process. We hope to produce warm, inviting and timeless pieces that are tailored specifically to each of our customers’ needs all while being environmentally sustainable and community conscious.

Get a load of this , , legged, monster of a table and her cute little babies. She was finished out at a whopping 48”W x 84”L and features a 2” thick . We use finishes for our furniture, in this case pure 2 part hardening oil finish. Glad I didn’t have to participate in the delivery!

ATTN good people of the internet!!!!

There are several sections still under construction, including a storefront and portfolio - so there is much more to come, but the basic structure is there.

Also, note that while we have tested on several browsers and formats to ensure a proper site experience, I expect (like with anything new) that we have overlooked some things here or there. To that end, your feedback is 100% welcome.

It was all about the on this custom project, finished in super durable emerald urethane paint. Faux drawers on the lower right side mimic the bank of drawers on the left, allowing for placement of a printer and alleviating drawer interference from the newly installed accordion draped curtains. We love working with every chance we get!
