Handwoven Wall Hangings Made In Charleston, SC. My name is Erin Barrett and I create woven wall hangings out of my home studio located in Charleston, SC.

Weaving entered my life in the summer of 2014 when I came across an online tutorial and was immediately smitten. Soon after, I created Sunwoven. My small business has been growing ever since, along with my love for art of weaving. My husband Creighton and I have two small children Sunny and Bowie, along with two Boston Terriers, Roscoe and Rosie. After purchasing our "fixer upper" 70's style home

last year, I quickly realized that interior decor and design was another passion of mine that I wanted to explore. Inspiration for my work is lrgely redited to our home her in Charleston, and to the pure happiness that being with my children brings me. Each piece that I create is made with so much love, and out of joy. I can only hope that these sentiments are reflected in work and make their way to other's homes.
