Five Eighth Seams Fabrics, Sewing Classes and More Five Eighth Seams is a retail fabric store that specializes in fabrics and sewing accessories.

Our fabric store will carry fine fabrics, notions, and Indy patterns. Sewing classes are listed on our website and range from ages 6 to adult. We do teach more adult classes throughout the year but we also offer sewing school and camps for kids. We carry Art Gallery, Robert Kaufman, Moda, Ruby Star, Freespirit, Kaffe, Riley Blake, and many many many more. We proudly sell and service Husqvarna Viking and Pfaff Sewing and Embroidery Machines.

We love children’s corner patterns because they are printed individually on the tissue paper per size so when you buy a pack of sizes, you can cut out each pattern individually. This is such a time saver and in they’re definitely worth the money. for kids

Jaylee patterns are the best. They are so easy to use the directions online so you can read them ahead of time. Make sure it’s something that you’re comfortable doing. They have great helpful tips online and they come with 28 different sizes you can make them for kids or adults or even your neighbor this pattern for example has four different neck lines 3 sleeve options, giving it tons of flexibility to make all types of knit tops.

That is the standard seam allowance, and it is also the name of the shop Charleston has been sewing with since 2011. Over 1000 bolts of designer, organic, and imported cotton. Classes for every level, beginners to advanced, including children’s classes. An authorized Husqvarna Viking and Pfaff dealer with certified technicians who have been servicing machines since 2014.
