We streamlined the cabinetry to create a quiet architectural foundation, then introduced warm wood, integrated lighting, and tailored interior storage to bring depth and purpose to the space. We designed each drawer and cabinet around the way the kitchen is used, keeping everyday essentials organized and the overall composition visually refined.

We integrated the induction cooktop flush with the island to preserve uninterrupted sightlines and maintain a clean, sculptural profile without sacrificing performance.

Every decision was intentional, balancing materiality, proportion, and function to create a kitchen that feels effortless to live in.

A look at what’s currently taking shape across Divine projects.

Each project reflects a carefully considered process where architecture, materiality, proportion, and craftsmanship come together over time.

Several spaces are nearing completion, with more to be revealed soon.

The most memorable homes aren’t created one room at a time. They come together through a thoughtful relationship between architecture, materiality, proportion, and craftsmanship.

Our role is to ensure every decision contributes to a home that feels cohesive, considered, and deeply connected to the people who live within it.

Your home deserves more than individual design decisions. It deserves a unified vision. Let us create it with you.

Have we shown you how seamlessly this ventilation system works?

Our Technical Designer, Vaneza walks us through an integrated Thermador ventilation system designed to disappear seamlessly into the cooktop when not in use. With built-in lighting and ventilation that rises only when needed, the solution eliminates the visual weight of a traditional overhead hood, allowing the architecture, natural light, and waterfront setting to remain uninterrupted.

Thoughtful design is often found in the details you barely notice, but experience every day.

This is what we mean when we say “custom home.”

It is not simply selecting finishes or designing individual rooms. It is considering the home as a whole, where architecture, materiality, cabinetry, lighting, furnishings, and function are intentionally composed to work together.

From new construction to major renovations, every detail is tailored to the way our clients live. Proportions are considered. Materials are layered with purpose. Custom elements are seamlessly integrated.

Fall does not have to be introduced through the expected. It can be felt through the materials, textures, and light that quietly shift the atmosphere of a home.

Soft cashmere brings warmth and comfort. Sculptural lighting creates dimension as natural light begins to soften. Natural stone grounds the space with organic variation and enduring materiality.

A considered seasonal transition, composed through layers that feel timeless long after fall has passed.

Which element would you bring into your home this season?

What began as a closed, dated kitchen was reimagined as a light-filled space defined by contrast, proportion, and refined materiality.

For this Brookline residence, we composed a tailored palette of crisp white cabinetry, warm wood tones, and sculptural black accents. A generous waterfall island anchors the room, while expansive windows invite natural light across every surface.

Function was integrated seamlessly through a hidden pantry, a discreet pocket door, and high-performance Thermador appliances. LEICHT cabinetry brings architectural precision and enduring craftsmanship to the final composition, while a brushed gold faucet adds a quiet layer of warmth.

Every detail was thoughtfully considered to create a kitchen that feels open, effortless, and entirely connected to the way our clients live.

Swipe to see the transformation.

Long before a space is complete, our designers are considering proportion, materiality, flow, function, and the quiet details that ultimately shape how a home feels.

From the first concept to the final installation, each decision is thoughtfully composed to create a space that feels refined, seamless, and entirely personal.

The finished result feels effortless. The process behind it is anything but.

What detail do you notice first in a finished space?

Designing a home in the Hamptons begins with creating a sense of ease that feels connected to both the architecture and its coastal surroundings.

Samantha envisions a warm, minimalist approach to sophisticated luxury, grounded in earthy materials and a refined neutral palette. Expansive windows invite natural light throughout the home, while cohesive finishes create a seamless dialogue from one space to the next. Every detail feels intentional yet effortless, creating an inviting retreat designed to feel like an oasis.

How would you bring the effortless warmth of the Hamptons into your home?
