There are so many details that go into creating a custom embroidery piece, but most people never see behind the scenes, so we want to take you through the process.
It’s a meticulous experience designed to make sure every piece feels truly on-brand and exactly how our clients envisioned it.
We offer custom thread colors to perfectly match a logo or brand palette. Custom threads add an additional 2 weeks processing time because we source the exact thread colors for each order.
Since we don’t have a sewing supply store locally in Charlotte, all thread has to be ordered in. Colors often look different online versus in person, so we order multiple shades to compare and ensure the closest possible match.
Before embroidery even begins, your logo has to be professionally digitized so the machine can translate it into stitching. Then we secure the exact bag, apparel piece, or product you prefer, test stitch the design to ensure the sizing, tension, spacing, and thread colors are perfect, and make adjustments accordingly. Only then we begin production on the final pieces before packaging and shipping.
