If Rusted Roots went away today... would you still be here? If so, why? The Rusted Roots content or the person behind it... me?!!

I've been sitting with that question more than I've said out loud.

Not in a dramatic way, just in a very real, honest season of trying to understand what this space actually is... and what you want it to be.

Rusted Roots started from a love of vintage, antiques, home spaces, and finding beauty in old things with stories. That part of me hasn't gone anywhere.

But life has also shifted in a really unexpected way. Dogs, daily life, slowing down, noticing more, caring differently. It's all become a bigger part of my world than I ever planned. I have JuJu Pearl to thank for that.

And I guess I'm trying to figure out something simple, but important: Do you come here for the vintage, antiques, and all things Rusted Roots? Or do you come here for me and the life I'm living as it evolves?

There's no wrong answer. I'm genuinely just trying to understand what feels meaningful on the other side of the screen so I can show up in a way that actually serves you (and feels aligned for me too.)

If you've been here for a while, I'd really love to hear from you. What you've loved? What you've missed? What you'd want more of?

I'm reading everything. Truly. So let's reconnect. I'll be in the comments or send me a DM! ❤️
