Had a wonderful time celebrating my niece’s Holy Confirmation in Connecticut this weekend with my family. So grateful for the time together and honored to be her sponsor 🙏🙏🙏

This was an exciting pre-Sweet 16 day for our daughter. First this amazing My Chemical Romance arrangement, complete with merch, created by The Flower Diva, Inc. Then we found stray kittens in our yard—but mama took them away before I could catch them. I wonder what other (good) excitement her birthday week will bring?

Our client has a guest bath with a simple but timeless vanity. She loves to entertain so we wanted to make this bathroom feel extra special. We are adding wallpaper, mirrors, lighting, and a sweet stool for the separate makeup vanity. We hope that her guests know how special they are to her 💚🩷💙

We enjoyed our East Coast summer holiday, which included Boston; Connecticut to visit family; Watch Hill, RI, for the beach; and a My Chemical Romance concert in DC for our 15 year old. I wish I had taken more photos, especially with family, but it was nice to just be immersed in the experience. We are now gearing up for the school year when people return from their vacations, send the kids back to school, and suddenly feel the itch to redecorate!

My mother always asks me, “What color is the most timeless for a kitchen?” In 15 years, my answer hasn’t changed—the upgraded take on a white kitchen is cream or a complex cream, a.k.a. pale greige. It’s warmer than a true white and ages beautifully. Photography Laura Sumrak | Photographer Photostylist kendra surface

Interrupting your scrolling with the cutest little trim I have ever seen 💚💚💚 Installed yesterday at my clients’ home. We are loving the nature theme 🐛🐞🪲

Our client’s walk out basement leads to a glorious pool so we added a bar and built-in banquet (you can peep it in the mirror) to set the stage for summer entertaining. 😎👙🥂Photography Laura Sumrak | Photographer Photostylist kendra surface
