👉This late 1800s Serapi rug has a beautifully worn look without the issues of wear. Spend a moment staring at the central medallion, because that massive flower is a sight to behold. Stark, symmetrical, and stunning. The field format is unquestionably pleasing, with an elongated ivory field lifting the central medallion. Oversized motifs and excellent scale throughout this rug.

Oh, and the border! You’ll rarely find the scale of this border, with its massive leaves and palmettes, all accented by curved terminal points—a feature only found in older rugs. All of this at an impressive price point for a rug this size.

👆 This antique Karabagh features unusual colors and a design that pairs perfectly with the wide format.

A whimsical, botanical wonderland, this rug is full of saplings, flowers, branches, tree-of-life, pomegranate, birds, and—while I haven’t looked—I wouldn’t be surprised to find the gardener hiding in there somehwere. Scattered old repairs, but sturdy and floor ready.

Wait...have I not shared this absolutely 🤯 rug yet?

I recently listed this 6'0 x 9'2 antique Khamseh (S Persia, Fars province) that features an almost Van Gogh quality to the design—swirling lines, vibrant colors, a feeling of unexpected yet natural movement.

👉Tons of different motifs and renditions. The more you look at this rug the better it gets! A great size for those of us with old houses and/or smaller rooms.
