Oracle Violet Pastel has been cracking sometimes, for some customers.

Though all batches sold tested within our standard of -/+ 350 PSI, OVP appears to be less tolerant of the negative side of the range.

We track batch dates for all orders and know which batch date everyone received.

Batch date 04/20/2024 contained the lowest PSI, -340. Everyone who received that batch date will get a replacement coupon code by the end of the week.

Batch dates 04/25 and 04/27 range from -107 to -197 psi, if you experience problems, contact us through email and we will replace or refund.

Annealing at a higher temp (950°F) seems to solve the issue and we recommend annealing OVP at this temperature.

The current batch available 05/11 has tested 0 to +75 PSI

Going forward we will narrow our tolerances for OVP.
