Just a heads up (and some snapshots of the shop when the light was *just* right).

Today, Sunday May 10th, we’ll be closing up shop a bit early (4pm) to head home for Mother’s Day dinner.
Growing up in Williamsburg likely laid the foundation for our love of old things, and our mother built the rest. Old things were everywhere we went — in every restaurant, every classroom, and every home.
Now, like most 40-somethings, our journeys back to our hometown are full of wondering when that restaurant closed, when they put in that apartment complex, or when they tore that down… but one thing stays the same: home. Forever consistent, full of love and laughter, even in the face of hard times.
We know how lucky we are to still have a place and people to call home, and we also know this day can carry a lot of heaviness for many. To those missing someone, grieving, estranged, longing, or simply making it through today however you can — we see you, and we’re sending you love too.
We couldn’t be more grateful to be spending another Mother’s Day at home.
And, as always, F**K cancer.
