Rustic Buffalo and the Buffalo Police Department are asking for the public’s help in identifying the woman pictured below, who is believed to have been involved in the theft of merchandise from our Elmwood Village store on Sunday, 05/17/2026, between 12:15 PM and 12:30 PM.

The individual is described as:
• Female
• Estimated age: 20–30 years old
• Brown hair
• Approximately 5'3" to 5'4" tall

Surveillance images of the individual are being shared in hopes that someone may recognize her.

We’re putting the final touches on our newest Rustic Buffalo location in Cheektowaga, and we couldn’t be more excited!

One of the most unique features of this new store is our custom checkout counter, handcrafted from authentic rustic wine crates sourced from around the world. Each crate brings its own character, history, and charm, creating a one-of-a-kind centerpiece that perfectly reflects the Rustic Buffalo style.

We are absolutely thrilled with how this beautiful piece turned out. The rich colors, custom cuts, and incredible craftsmanship showcase the hard work and attention to detail that went into every step of the process.

It’s more than just a checkout counter—it’s a work of art, and a true reflection of the creativity and passion that make Rustic Buffalo so special.
