First day of August! 🤎
Most of the photos I share here at Dabble Decor are out in the barn…..
Why?
Because keeping our home picture perfect is just not me and honestly trying to be that way makes me crabby….
Also, cleaning one shelf takes me 4 hrs.
Actual clean time- 10 minutes.
Add on the 5 trips out to the barn and back to find my fall pitchers….picking dried weeds from the yard…..oh, maybe I should do a gallery wall in the hallway next….back out to the barn to look for wall art…oh shoot, I got distracted back to the shelf. I should put some laundry in….where did I put those old books…I just had them in my hand….
Anyone else’s brain work like that?
It’s real fancy. 😆

The most non-photo worthy old squeaky item on the floor in the last photo.
Yep, that bread machine. In the fall and winter months when the days are short and dark….and the blues start creeping in you can literally find my face buried in that thing. I’m not kidding.
The smell of dough rising and fresh baked rolls is an instant pick me up every single time.
I swear by it.
