We knew that if the ∞Series worked, eventually someone would try to imitate it. That day came sooner than we expected.
We want to be very clear about something:
They’re not the same product even if they look similar.
The ∞Series wasn’t created by simply changing a label or ordering existing pixels from a catalog.
We spent countless nights researching, testing, changing components, failing, testing again and investing our own money into developing the best pixel around real life problems that we experienced in this hobby.
In addition we did extensive real-world testing, on a product that we’re willing to put Pixel-Now name behind, not just a test strand. We tested different configurations, brightness levels, pixel counts,safety and pushed them till we found their limits. Everything is published on our website, because our customers need to know details of what they are buying.
In fact, some of the products now being marketed as alternatives, are being sold for less that what it costs us to have genuine ∞Bullets manufactured…
This should tell you something.
We’re not going to compete for a race to see who can make the cheapest pixel.
We’re going to keep competing on engineering, quality, testing, honesty and support.
