The first thing we do on your job site is a proper evaluation of your space. Moisture testing is one of the most important things in our industry. We measure the hardwood, the subfloor, and the relative humidity of your home. We also document the temperature as that directly relates to the moisture content of wood. In some cases, we evaluate crawl spaces as well to ensure our install or sand and finish will be successful. Having a clear understanding of moisture levels is the key to success when working with wood.

Our process for getting prefinished floors sanded and ready for stain. Itā€™s a lot of work and requires a lot of sanding. Luckily our dust systems and machines make it cleaner and healthier for us and the homeowners.
