Nesha’s Policies

By completing payment you are agreeing that you have read all of the information listed below and AGREE to my policy terms and conditions. Invoices are sent via e-mail through Paypal. An order can ONLY be canceled if i have not started work on your custom piece and m

ust be within 24 hours of when the invoice was paid. My Process

My creations are custom, original, and unique. It is impossible to make an identical item or an exact replica of another’s artists work. My creations may contain variations in colors, styles, and techniques as these are unique to every crafter There may be VERY small blemishes, bubbles, dimples, tiny rough spots etc. Pictures will be sent to the buyer before moving to the next step. Once the OK to proceed to the next step, this cannot be revised or changed

Returns and Exchanges

All items are custom made, for each order. I DO NOT accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations except for the small window of time listed above. However, if there is a problem with your item please contact me and we can work on a solution. Handle your personalized item with care and follow the instructions on the card

Shipping and in Person Pick up

Local pick up/Meet up/ Drop off: Available for free at my discretion in the chesapeake area

Shipping: All items are sent vis USPS Priority Mail. You can request USPS Priority Mail Express at an extra cost. Items come with insurance and tracking

Please note the estimated date of arrival is just an estimate. Once I have physically shipped your item it is no longer under my control. Processing TIme and Shipping

Shipping and processing/turn-around time are not the same thing. Items have a processing time of approximately 2-5 weeks depending on the amount of current orders i am working on. Once the main item is completed and ready to ship or pick up you will be notified and given a tracking number or a pick up/drop off date, place and time will be made. Damages: if an item is damaged in the shipping process please take pictures of the box and item and sent them to me within 24 hours of delivery. I will then contact USPS. Please note: I am NOT RESPONSIBLE for packages that are shipped to the wrong address. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before you place your order.
