Helping make your house a Home
My name is Kim Rowe and I have always had a love of creating! My grandmother was an amazing artist and my father followed in her footsteps and is an incredible watercolor artist. So painting in in my blood!
I worked in long term care for 15 years and loved working with this the elderly population. But I left my 9-5 job and decided to start my own business! I am blessed to have a wonderful husband who supported and encouraged me to go for it! I am a mom of 3 boys and now a wonderful daughter in law!
For the Nest was created in 2018 and I chose this name because I love the picture of a mother bird feathering her nest to make a warm place for her and her visitors! I love the idea of finding a treasure and breathing new life into it, while maintaining the vintage charm. I love repurposing pieces and saving them from the landfills in our country! Mostly I love helping people make their house a home.
