This is an incredibly hard post to write, but after so much thought and prayer, we’ve made the decision to close our shop.

This business has been such a huge part of our lives, and stepping away is not easy — but the season we're walking through is requiring us to slow down, refocus, and be fully present where we’re needed most.

To every single person who supported us — thank you doesn’t feel like enough. You trusted us with your stories, your milestones, your memories. From weddings and babies to holidays and everyday moments, being a small part of both the big and little things in your lives has meant more to us than we could ever put into words.

This business was never just wood and designs — it was connection, community, and love poured into every piece. The heartfelt conversations, friendships grown, and memories made, will always be carried with us.

Thank you for cheering us on, sharing our work, sending kind messages, and believing in our little family-run business. We are endlessly grateful for each and every one of you.

Because of this incredible community, we were able to donate 112 Paint for Joy kits to kids spending Christmas in the hospital. We delivered them this week right before Greyson's appointments at the castle 🫶🏻

It's feeling like Santa’s workshop over here 🎅

Long days, late nights, and lots of tiny details as we wrap up custom ornaments and orders before Christmas!

We might be a bit quiet on here but so much is going on behind the scenes as we put finishing touches, pack, drop off + ship as we go!

When home decor meets hunting season 🦌

Alexis had the best idea in mind for her husband's latest mounted buck - we created these custom H M E letters for her. The "O" makes it all come together!

We were so excited to see it all hung up, we had to share it when they sent the picture! Such a fun way to blend his love of hunting and her style into a meaningful piece.

79 Paint for Joy kits…and counting! 🎨🥹

We’re just 21 kits away from our goal of 100!

Our community has come together in such an incredible way — 79 kids spending Christmas in the hospital will get to create something joyful this season.

Every $15 kit brings color, creativity, and a little Christmas magic — and for every 5 purchased, we’re donating one more. 🎄🦌

We’ll have a small spot set up at tonight's Chester Village Christmas Tree Lighting + Chili Cook Off where you can donate a paint kit for a child spending Christmas in the hospital ❤️

Stop in, grab some chili, and help us spread a little Christmas joy!

Each kit is 15 and includes everything a kiddo needs to bring those fun holiday crafts they love doing at home to their hospital room.

For every 5 paint kits donated, we're donating an additional one!

Are you coming to Chester's Annual Christmas Tree Lighting and Chili Cook Off?!

It's all happening tomorrow, December 6th, at 5pm at the Chester Fire Hall! The Village Creek Days committee has planned an incredibly fun evening for all ages.

A chili cook off, ugly sweater contest, kids craft corner, family raffle prizes, Christmas tree lighting, and more!

We had the pleasure of engraving this year's cutting boards and ladles up for grabs for the chili cook off winners - they are gorgeous!

Our family had a blast last year - we hope to see you there 🫶🏻
