It’s been a while since I’ve posted and it’s due to a big life change and lot of changes.

We’re moving… and this one is BIG.

Well… the military did what it does best and changed our plans.

This summer, we’re heading to Camp Humphreys, South Korea 🇰🇷

We were truly hoping Virginia would be our final stop, but we’re trusting God has us exactly where we’re meant to be. Excited for the adventure… but also feeling the weight of being far from home 🤍

✨ With this move I am now only doing consultations and will end those at the end of May.

We will officially pack out the end of June. We hope to share our journey of life in Korea over the next three years and I will share here once we have decided how that will be shared if you’d like to follow along.

Korea fun facts:
• Insanely fast internet
• Gorgeous cherry blossoms 🌸
• Amazing food (Korean BBQ 😍)
• Camp Humphreys is the largest U.S. military base outside of the U.S. 🪖

5 FOR SURE ways to get your potential buyers walking in the opposite direction…

1️⃣ Leave everything that needs fixing for the buyers to handle.
2️⃣ Paint all your rooms in bright neon colors or cover main living spaces in bold wallpaper.
3️⃣ Don’t pack anything away. Let buyers see every single thing you own.
4️⃣ Snap photos with your smartphone and use them as the property listing images. Bonus points if you get the screen or your thumb in the shot.
5️⃣ Always be home during showings to chat up buyers.

🤔 Seriously though, if you don’t want to turn off buyers, it’s time to get your home market-ready. Hiring a home stager like me is a great place to start!
