We had a phenomenal experience at Buddy's from the time of our first call to the end of installation (two weeks later!!). The well-known carpet company we started with was a disaster. We went to Buddy's and found Dana, who has 40 years of experience. He explained our options and we learned more about carpet than we possibly knew. With his help, I'm confident we invested in the right choices. The installation guys called twice before they came, were on time, professional, efficient, and courteous. Hands down the best customer service I've received in ages. And unbelievably, the price was much lower than what we were quoted at the other company. Go see Dana. You will be so glad you did!

The two gentlemen who came out to repair our carpet after a water leak. They also put down vinyl flooring did an excellent job. We would recommend Buddy’s if all their employees are as good as Daniel and Robert.
