Hi! I’m Cara. I’ve been in the short-term rental game since 2018. My husband and I have grown our portfolio to 30 listings since then and learned a LOT in the process. I discovered that I REALLY like the decorating and styling process most.
Why “High, Low, Buffalo”? There’s a conversation game I’ve played with groups to share how their day went. You share the things that make you happy, the things that made you sad and something that was….interesting. Well… we have some higher end listings, budget friendly listings, and some that are “unique” (the buffalo). There’s nothing “sad” here though. Those “budget friendly” listings are how we got started and built our business and there is NO shame in starting small.
