¼ cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:

Preheat Oven & Prep Dish: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking dish with melted butter or coconut oil.
Blend Wet Ingredients: In a blender or food processor, blend cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, eggs, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
Combine & Add Blueberries: Pour the blended mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring until combined. Gently fold in blueberries.

Directions:

1 cup unsalted butter, softened
3 cups powdered sugar
½ cup coconut cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup shredded coconut

For Garnish:
Fresh pineapple slices
Toasted coconut flakes
Maraschino cherries

Directions:

Prepare the Cake: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line three 8-inch cake pans with parchment paper.

3 cups cold milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
12 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
1 ½ cups shredded coconut

1 cup pastel M&M’s
12 mini chocolate eggs or candy-coated eggs
6-8 Peeps marshmallow bunnies

Directions:

In a food processor, pulse the Golden Oreos until finely crushed. Set aside.

In another bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix, cold milk, and vanilla extract until thickened (about 2 minutes).

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the top off the garlic bulb, drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 30 minutes until soft.

Loaded Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef
12 ounces penne or rotini pasta
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup whole milk
4 ounces cream cheese
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup chopped pickles (optional)
1/4 cup cooked, crumbled bacon (optional)
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:

Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.

This Avocado, Mozzarella, and Tomato Grilled Cheese is the creamy, cheesy, and crispy sandwich you didn’t know you needed! 🥑🧀🍅 Perfect for lunch or a quick dinner.

Avocado, Mozzarella, and Tomato Grilled Cheese

Ingredients:

2 slices of sourdough bread
1 ripe avocado, sliced
2 thick slices of fresh mozzarella cheese
1 ripe tomato, sliced
1 tablespoon basil pesto (optional)
1 tablespoon butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Spread butter on one side of each slice of sourdough bread.
On the non-buttered side of one slice, layer avocado slices, mozzarella cheese, and tomato slices.
Season with salt and pepper, and add basil pesto if desired.
Top with the other slice of bread, buttered side out.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the sandwich on it.
Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Remove from heat, slice in half, and serve warm.
