Projects in historical landmark properties can be so fun and challenging as well! This kitchen used to double as the maids quarters when the building was built in 1916. It was divided up in some strange ways yet it had so much potential! Our clients wanted to brighten up the space, add usable storage, and get rid of the yellow paint! There were some changes along the way but we are so happy with the turnout. More importantly, our clients are happy with their new space! Swipe through for the before and after pictures!

This was a fun project for ! We were tasked with the challenge of turning this primary bathroom into an ADA compliant space. Our clients wanted a walk in shower and to bring their space to a more elevated level. Swipe to see the finished space!! I personally love the initial demo stage. The stage when you say goodbye to what was and see the clean slate before bringing a new vision to life! Can’t wait for this Primary Bathroom to get the updates our clients have been dreaming of!

I have been wanting to do a specific kind of accent wall for a very long time and this was the perfect space! So thankful to our painter Daniel (who doesn’t have instagram sadly) for bringing my design to life and making my clients home feel brand new!
