Derek here to say: We’ve reached 100 followers! Thank you for your continued support. We could not have done it without each of y’all! 🔥🎊🎉

As I continue work on my BA, my time for other things is tight, but crochet is very much a continuous part of my life and practice. I have plans to lean more into D&G’s Yarniverse after my graduation in May and craft something good out of this partnership between Genni and I. We’re both very passionate about the things we create and I hope to share the things we’ve been working on quietly together very soon.

Thank you all for the slow and steady growth—your presence here means a lot and I hope you all have had a wonderful and meaningful start to the new year!

Finished an Oogie Boogie I made as a Christmas gift! I’m very fond of this piece.

I used medium weight acrylic yarn, mostly Red Heart in the Buff color way. I also used a size 3.5 hook, origami paper for the dice, heavy duty embroidery thread for the stitching, 24 mm safety eyes, spider party favors purchased on Amazon, and a bow purchased on Etsy.

Finished two more of ‘s pokeball pumpkins! Pattern is from his blog, https://knotbadami.com/pokeball-pumpkins/ 🎃🦇🎃 These ones will be shipped off soon, but I still have plenty more yarn to make more for anyone interested in having one for themselves!
Yarn used was Caron’s Simply Soft in the colors Pumpkin, Black, White, Pistachio, and Chocolate!

I just finished this baby set I was commissioned to make! I’m so proud of it.

I used Big Twist 100% acrylic yarn in Cranberry as well as Pound of Love by Lion Brand in white. I also used a D (3.0 mm) hook and an E (3.5 mm) hook.
