ബീഫ് ഉലർത്തിയത്/ Beef Dry fry😋






Beef fry:
Ingredients:
Beef- 4 Lbs
Sliced onions- 1 cup
Sliced ginger- 2 Tbs
Sliced garlic- 3Tbs
Sliced coconut- 1/4 cup
Coconut oil-2 Tbs
Curry leaves- Few
Coriander powder- 3 Tbs
Chili Powder- 1 Tbs
Turmeric powder- 1 Tsp
Garam masala- 1 Tbs
Black pepper powder- 1 Tbs
Salt- As needed

For Tampering:
Coconut oil-2 Tbs
Mustard seeds- 1 Ts
Sliced onions/ shallots-3 Tbs
Crushed garlic-4 cloves
Black pepper powder- 2 Tbs
Curry leaves- Few

Preparation:
Add coconut oil to the hot pan
Add sliced onions, garlic and ginger and sauté until it turns light brown in color
Add curry leaves and sauté
Add coriander powder, chili powder, garam masala and black pepper powder and sauté in low flame until it becomes dark Bryon color
Add washed and drained beef
Add sliced coconut
Add salt as needed
Combine everything well and cook in medium flame until the beef becomes soft.
Turn off the flame and set it aside.

To make beef fry:
Add co coconut oil into a pan
Add mustard seeds and let it sputter
Add sliced onion/ shallots
Add crushed garlic and sauté until it becomes golden brown in color
Add curry leaves and black pepper powder and sauté for a minute
Add cooked beef and combine well
Sauté in low flame until the beef becomes dark brown in color
Beef fry is ready

ശർക്കര പാച്ചോർ/ Sharkara Pachor❤️


Ingredients:
Payasam rice- 2 cups
Jaggery- 3 cups
Grated coconut- 4cups
Salt- 1 Tsp
Cardamom -6
Cumin seeds-1.5 Tbs
Ghee- 4Tbs
Cashew nuts-3 Tbs
Raisins- 2Tbs

Preparation:
Wash rice thoroughly, add water and cook it well
Melt jaggery, strain and set it aside
Add salt, grated coconut and jaggery syrup into the cooked rice
Combine everything well
Transfer sugar, cardamom and cumin seeds into a mixer jar and powder it nicely.
Add it into the rice mix
Add 2 tablespoons of ghee and combine well
Cook everything for 10 minutes and should stir occasionally
Add 2 Tbs ghee into a pan
Add cashew nuts and raisins and let it fry
Transfer this into the rice mix and combine everything well
Tasty Pachor is ready

Lavariya- ഒരു ശ്രീലങ്കൻ മധുരം❤️

Ingredients:
Roasted rice flour- 1 cup
Boiled water- 1.5 cups
Salt- 1/2 Tsp
Ghee- 2 Tbs
Grated coconut-1 cup
Jaggery-3/4 cup
Cardamom powder- 1 Tsp Ghee

Preparation:
Melt jaggery and strain it into another pan
Grated coconut and mix well
Stir occasionally until the water content is gone
Add cardamom powder and 1 Tsp ghee.
Combine everything well and set it aside
Transfer the rice flour into a pan
Add salt and ghee.
Add boiled water in small amounts and mix well until it turns into a soft dough
Transfer some of this mixture into the Idiappam ( String hopper) maker
Apply some ghee on a banana leaf
Squeeze the dough in circles
Place some jaggery coconut mix in the middle and roll the string hopper
Steam for 8-10 minutes
Transfer into a serving dish
May enjoy with a cup of tea/ coffee
