Running a small business by yourself can be chaos, and busy seasons are a bittersweet whirl of gratitude and joy and paralyzing self doubt and then gratitude again.

Thank you for giving me the grace of a few months off of this crazy social media ride while I focused on metamorphosing into a new life and business phase.

I got hitched, I took on a bunch of exciting art projects over at , and I’m about to set up shop in the back room of for the fall. It’s a lot, but it feels good to grow and change.

Anyway, I love spring, I really do. Winter in Chicago is a miserable wasteland of gray skies and frozen slush, so as soon as I see a crocus I literally can’t shut about it.
