Patrick Martinez
Fight the Power

Rooted in the visual language of neon and the cultural pulse of Los Angeles, Patrick Martinez’s work bridges text, symbolism, and social commentary. Drawing from his deep connection to Hip Hop, graffiti, and the overlooked rhythms of everyday life, Martinez transforms familiar signage into powerful statements that confront and reflect contemporary realities.

This piece is elevated by a custom Frame Chicago design, featuring a richly textured black frame with hand-painted rose detailing that echoes the neon motif within the work. The layered matting, with its bold red accent, enhances the vibrancy of the composition while creating depth that mirrors the intensity of the message. A true Frame Chicago exclusive, the frame becomes an extension of the artwork itself.

Her large-scale presentations at international art fairs, including SCOPE, have solidified her reputation for turning familiar retail experiences into collectible contemporary art.

McFelt Meal captures Sparrow’s signature wit and precision, reimagining an iconic fast food combination in felt, complete with dimensional packaging and carefully detailed components.

Roy Lichtenstein
I Love Liberty, 1982
Screenprint on Arches 88 paper

Roy Lichtenstein was a defining voice of American Pop Art, best known for transforming mass-produced imagery—comic strips, advertisements, and consumer graphics—into high art. With his distinctive Ben-Day dots, bold outlines, and ironic tone, Lichtenstein critiqued and celebrated American culture all at once.

I Love Liberty reflects his fascination with national symbols and the tension between image and meaning. Commissioned for a televised celebration of American ideals, the work distills the Statue of Liberty into sharp, graphic elements. From the cropped composition to the mechanical precision of its lines, the print captures both the power and performance of patriotism.

This edition is framed in a Frame Chicago-exclusive moulding, featuring meticulously hand-painted diagonal stripes that mirror Lichtenstein’s visual rhythm. The navy-and-white pattern enhances the energy of the piece while offering a tailored, contemporary presentation that feels like an extension of the artwork itself.
