🥕 Honey Garlic Butter Roasted Carrots 🧄🍯
Sweet, savory roasted carrots in a rich honey-garlic butter sauce with crispy edges!
Ingredients:
2 lbs baby carrots
½ cup butter
¼ cup honey
4 garlic cloves, minced (or 2 tsp garlic powder)
½ tsp salt
Cracked black pepper, to taste
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Directions:
Melt butter in a pan; stir in honey and garlic, cooking until fragrant.
Add carrots, toss to coat. Thicken sauce, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Preheat oven to 425°F, arrange carrots on baking sheet.
Roast 20 mins, then broil for crispy edges.
Garnish with parsley, serve hot!
