After returning from years of life in Beijing, Betsy Nathan opened the doors of the Chicago showroom in 1997. Chinese art and furniture was Betsy's key to learning about Chinese history, culture, language and trade. Lessons filled with adventure culminated into what is now Pagoda Red, a trusted source for unusual finds from China. Pagoda Red maintains close and cherished relationships with a highly selective clientele of interior designers, collectors and others with a taste for incredibly unusual and beautiful things.
