On Wednesday evening, I had the distinct honor of styling, •376 Days (Nick Cave: Keep it Movin),  Director, “Claude-Aline T Nazaire-Miller,” in one of my •Jack Cave 2023 ensembles for the Red Carpet at the 59th Chicago International Film Festival.

An amazing night at the Guggenheim Museum in New York City, starting with Naomi Beckwith presenting the film screening of 376 Days (about Nick Cave “Forevermore” and the fashion collaboration with Nick Cave and Jack Cave “The Color Is”), after screening a (40 mins) panel discussion with director Claude-Aline Nazaire Miller, Nick Cave and Jack Cave moderated by Michaela angela Davis followed with fashion show and exhibition in theater and rotunda.

LEATHER
New graphics illustrations are transformed into to leather and suede appliqués. Each appliqué is applied to a neoprene pullover and or leather harness.

The creative process involves copying one of my illustrations, tracing individuals parts out of vellum, cutting vellum tracing out of card stock and trace card stock part to leather and suede.

Cut tracings out leather and suede and Machine stitch each part to neoprene, creating the graphic illustrations out of leather and suede. FASHIONS AND ACCESSORIES by JACKCAVE
