It was an eventful and exciting 2025 for us, and we are very excited for the biggest year yet in 2026! In 2025 we opened our Tennessee branch, La Maison Design & Decor, which was up and running quickly. One of our first project there was a fun cigar lounge in Clarksville, TN. We look forward to much more work there this year while continuing work in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana.

Working with some cool clients who are newcomers to Chicago. Designing a few rooms in their new home and just finished their basement guest bedroom. A few pieces have’t arrived yet, but mostly done. Adding some warmth and coziness to help their guests.

Contractor finished work today on this project and I couldn’t wait to post a sneak peek of before and after pics. Sofa arrived yesterday, but rest of furnishings arriving this week. Pretty snazzy, right?!

The artist calls this piece ”Deliberation”. My client and I call it “Crazy Lady”. It’s pretty intense, but we love it and I’ve had this on my list to use for at least a few years. It’s a love it or hate it type of piece, it seems. We love it, especially with the Tuscan Leather Wallcovering as a backdrop in this quick powder room update.
