Banana pancakes 🥞 are always a win in our home. So simple and an easy way to use up extra eggs! This batch had 2 bananas, 6 eggs, 2-3 T coconut flour, 2 T almond flour, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. And our favorite topping is sorghum syrup!! 👏😍
