Hi there flower friends 👋 🌸

Life has been life-ing and I had taken a bit of a break from social media to catch up on all my gardening tasks. The dahlias and annuals are all planted and I’m really looking forward to this season 😊. Thankful for the rain this week as things were starting to look a little parched!

I’ll be opening the farm stand for vase arrangements this weekend:

Anemones are starting to hit their stride!

Things are starting to come along in the gardens! We used the beautiful weather this week to plant out our warm season flowers- zinnias, cosmos, marigolds and more!

Lots going on behind the scenes! Been a busy week at work and on the farm so I’ve been slow to post updates 😮‍💨.

Our dahlia tuber starts and cuttings are headed outside this week to be planted next weekend! Hardening off these has been a little trickier this week since the temps have been yo-yoing and the garden has stayed pretty soggy. I created several new dahlia raised beds which I’ll post an update about soon 🙂

Skip the grocery store generic varieties this year. Our double, parrot and triumph varieties open with the lushness of a peony and last for days. Grown right here on the farm and cut just hours before they reach her, these long-lasting stems bring the vibrant, dancing colors of spring directly into her home.
